Applications are considered quarterly during our board meetings on the second Sabbaths of March, June, September, and December. Deadlines for application submission are 11:59P.M EST of the first Sabbath of the aforementioned months.
Please Note: Part of our application approval process operates on the principle of "No one gets seconds until everyone else gets firsts." That is to say, if your organizaiton has aleady received funding through MRCI Charities, it will not be considered for again for funding until at least 11 other recipients have received grants (for an anticipated total of 12 grants per fiscal year). This stipulation applies until the day after the end of third year following receipt of a grant. This is to ensure our funds are being used to uplift towards independence, not to sustain indefinitely.
